Each piece is individually hand-painted using a professional blend of Golden and Liquitex acrylic paints, ensuring maximum color depth and archival longevity. To protect your commission, the finished artwork is sealed with two coats of professional-grade satin varnish for lasting UV protection and a durable, modern finish.

Flat fee policy
All commissions are offered at a flat-rate fee per size. There are no hidden or extra costs added at checkout, regardless of your chosen subject matter (plants, animals, or humans).

2. Complete Checkout: Purchase your chosen size to officially reserve your booking.
3. Submit Your Vision: If you haven't already done so, please fill out the Inquiry form on our main Commissions page. Use this form to share your design ideas, color preferences, and upload your reference photos.
4. Inbox Collaboration: Once your order is complete I will personally review your concept and message you directly via Gmail (artbykise@gmail.com) within 48 hours to confirm your project and discuss your initial rough layout sketch!

Studio Process & Timeline

The entire production process takes 3 weeks total before shipping. Because I do not take split deposits, the booking must be paid in full upfront to officially secure and begin your commission.

• Planning (Days 1–2): After your checkout and inquiry form are submitted, I will review your concept and email your very first layout sketch within 2 days.
• Sketching (Week 1): You are allowed up to 3 total revisions during this sketching stage. Each sketch revision will be emailed to you the next day.
• Painting (Week 2): The painting starts here. (May start sooner if revisions are not needed)
•Varnishing and shipping (Week 3): The painting is completed, cured and varnished; At the very end of the week the painting is packaged and sent to you.

Progress Updates: I want you to feel connected to the art. Progress pictures can be provided to you via email at any stage of the journey upon request!
Shipping

Shipping cost are covered in the commission price, you pay nothing extra.

Domestic Shipping Only: At this moment, I am exclusively shipping within the United States.

Carrier & Safety: All packages are shipped securely via USPS. For your peace of mind, your package is insured and shipping is fully covered.

Your painting will arrive within 5 business days after shipping.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because custom art is heavily time-intensive and permanent, refunds are scaled based on how far along your painting is if you happen to change your mind:

  • During the Sketching Stage: A 75% refund will be returned to you if you wish to cancel before painting begins.
  • Once Physical Painting Starts: A 50% refund will be returned to you if you cancel after the layout has been approved and painting begins.
  • Once the Painting is Completed: A 25% refund can be returned to you upon final painting completion if satisfaction is not met. (Painting will not be shipped)
