Hello, My name is KISE (Kee-ze)

I’m an acrylic painter based in the United States. I’ve been painting for most of my adult life and my work centers on food as a vivid, expressive subject. I am inspired by everyday snacks, fruits, and comfort foods, transforming them into bold colorful paintings that celebrate joy, nostalgia, and the simple beauty of what we eat.

My paintings explore my personal perception of food and how we interact with and present it. I am especially drawn to bold color palettes inspired by pop culture and childhood memories. I enjoy working with patterns, textures, and playful compositions. My goal is to explore the balance between minimalist blocks of color and detailed renderings.

Before focusing fully on painting, I spent years practicing digital art and watercolor, moreover I studied fine arts and have a strong interest in graphic design and video editing, which influence my artistic journey and shape the way I think about composition, color and visual storytelling.

I returned to painting part time as a way to reconnect with myself and my creativity, and as my online presence has grown, I’ve been able to share my work more directly with viewers, collectors, and fellow creatives.
